Ingredients:
1 sheet nori (dried seaweed), 200g cooked rice, appropriate amount of roasted sesame seeds, chrysanthemum greens (shungiku), carrot, ready-to-eat seaweed, salt to taste, appropriate amount of sushi vinegar, appropriate amount of sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Cut the carrot into thin strips and wash the chrysanthemum greens; set aside.
3. Add sushi vinegar, an appropriate amount of roasted white sesame seeds, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt to the warm rice.
4. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
5. Lay a sheet of nori flat on a sushi mat.
6. Evenly spread the seasoned rice over the nori.
7. Place a few chrysanthemum greens and an appropriate amount of carrot strips at one end of the nori.
8. Add a generous amount of seaweed strips on top.
9. Roll the sushi mat in reverse, pushing the nori forward to roll it up.
10. Let the rolled sushi sit for a while to set.
11. After opening the mat, one sushi roll is complete.
12. Cut into pieces with a knife and serve.
