Ingredients: 500g pork with fat and lean, 1kg rehydrated seaweed. 60g cooking oil, 50g soy sauce, 8g salt, 5g sugar, scallion and ginger to taste, 75g water starch.
Cooking Steps:
1. Wash the seaweed, cut into thin strips, and steam in a pot for 15 minutes until soft and tender. Remove and set aside.
2. Rinse the pork with moderate fat and lean, then cut into strips.
3. Heat oil in a wok, add pork strips and stir-fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add minced scallion, ginger, and soy sauce, stir evenly. Add seaweed strips, water (enough to cover the seaweed), and salt. Stir-fry over high heat for another 1-2 minutes, then thicken with water starch and serve.
